Snowbirds shall work to create an attractive situation and development for the shareholders. This is the highest priority for the companies present and future ventures. Our guests shall constitute the "backbone" of our economy with exception of the share-capital that the shareholders contribute with. The guest shall therefore be taken care of carefully but there should still be a clear difference between shareholders and guests in order to entice guests to become shareholders. The development of existing estates shall be prioritised and at the same time we will be considering establishing ourselves in other countries. This is not to jeopardize our current enterprise. The principle shall rather be that through a well being enterprise in Spain create new opportunities for our shareholders.

Our target group is divided into two segments:

1. The shareholders: Highest priority. We must create a feeling, where the board of directors in a higher degree than before is seen as catering to their interests. Our target group is divided into three areas of interests, these are sunbathers, golfers and long-timers. Our arrangements must be focused on these areas of interest. The renting out of houses must not interfere with our commitment according to the share-certificate. The current system is to be reviewed. The goal is to both guarantee our commitment in accordance to the share-certificate as well as an adjustment to the market. Parts of the estate (houses) shall be improved and reserved for shareholders.
   
   
2. Guests We shall create a modern, comfortable and price worthy establishment that is attractive to people of all ages. The difference between being a guest and a shareholder shall be clear without the guests feeling discontent about quality and service. It should rather entice guests to become shareholders.
